Vegan veggie burgers!!! Really cheap and easy!

What you need:

1 can of black beans

1 carrot, grated

1 red pepper, finely diced

1 onion, finely diced

3 cloves of garlic

1/2 cup rolled oats

3 Tbsp almond butter

To season i used salt, cayenne, cumin, and turmeric.

Drain the can of beans and let them dry out in a strainer while you’re chopping all the veggies. When you’re ready, put the beans in a bowl and mash them up a bit. Then add the veggies and mix it up. Stir in the almond and oats. Use your own judgement, you may want to add more almond butter for stickiness or rolled oats for texture and dryness, so that it’s easier to form them ino patties. Taste for seasoning, and add salt to bring the flavors together.

Form the mix into burger shapes. Lay them on a baking sheet lightly coated with olive oil and bake for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.

YUMmmmm
