My stomach has always been hard for me to accept. My inconsistent diet over the years has caused me physical pain that was made worse by my own criticism of the way my stomach looked from the outside. Finally I feel good. My diet has improved so much that my stomach barely ever bothers me. Today I realized how beautiful my stomach really is. In a way, this is just another reminder to love yourself… :)
